This 16 x 24 two story home was custom designed for a local artist on a very small Asheville lot.  The plan incorporates a finished daylight basement kitchen living space and a second level bedroom/ bathroom along with a balcony overlooking the backyard. Finished with Hemlock board and batten siding and a custom bridge that connects the parking area to the custom sweeping roof entry.
